摘　　要：在总结大学生从众心理外在表现的基础上,从主观和客观两个方面分析了当代大学生从众心理产生的原因及其积极的和消极的影响,从培养大学生独立思考,善于分析环境的能力;调动大学生内在学习动机,丰富知识内涵和生活阅历;加强大学生心理修养,完善他们的个性特征等方面,提出了大学生树立正确的从众观的建议。This paper analyzes the reasons for college students＇ group psychology as well as the positive and negative impacts based on college students＇ behavior of blindly conforming to the norm. Several advices to promote proper group psychology are presented： helping students to be a man of independent mind and be good at analyzing and solving problems; arousing students＇ intrinsic motivation and enriching their knowledge and life experience ; fostering them to become psychologically cultivated and improving their personality traits, etc.
