摘　　要：介绍了含油污水的处理方法和技术特点,结合中国石化股份有限公司长岭分公司延迟焦化装置的生产特点,在国内炼油厂中首次将装置含油污水引入冷焦水密闭处理系统,利用旋流除油技术将含油污水分离,分离出的污油和净化水均回收利用。实现了装置零排放的目标。该技术投资少,见效快,经济效益、社会效益显著,具有较大的推广应用价值。Extraction and clearing-up technology of oil-bearing wastewater are described. Based on the characteristics of the delayed coking unit of Changling Petrochemical Co.,oil-bearing wastewater has firstly been introduced in closed-loop treatment system of coke cooling water and separated by cyclone separation technology in China. The separated oil and purified water are reclaimed and utilized. It is pointed out that this technology has the advantages of low construction investment, quick effect,remarkable economical and social profits. This technology is worthy to be popularized in refinery works.
