摘 要:本文介绍了研制过程中一种由带弧形表面凸起物的换热板所组成的,间接蒸发制冷板型换热器的热工特性,主要研究了影响换热效率E,板面水温及热流密度的影响因素,实验研究表明:换热器效率受喷水的水/气比值影响不大,受迎面风速影响较大,一次风干球温度的提高使得换热器效率及热流密度均有所提高,本组换热片换热效率在一定长度下,在二次风/一次风之比为0.8时,为0.80左右,文中分析了能效比EER在各种情况下的变化。The heat transfer characteristics of an indirect evaporative heat exchanger composed of plates with curve-shape protusions were investigated experimentally. Several factors affecting heat exchange efficiency E, surface water temperature and heat flux were obtained.Experimental results show that the efficiency of heat exchanger is almost independent of water/air ratio, but greatly dependent on facing air velocity. The efficiency and heat flux can be increased with the rising of the dry-bulb temperature of air of the first flow. Efficiency of the plates under test was around 0.8 with a permenant length of plate and 0.8 ratio of first flow to second flow. The variation of EER under various conditions was also analyzed.
