摘　　要：高校学生党建工作是高校进行优秀人才培养、对青年学生进行政治素质教育的重要环节之一。只有抓好学生党建工作,才能真正培养一支坚强、可靠的学生骨干队伍,并从中培养出一批具有坚定共产主义信念的青年马克思主义者。论文通过对高校大学生党建工作重要性和特点的分析,提出了建立以党建带团建,用团建助党建的有效运行机制,建立以业余党校、团校为阵地,落实党员责任区等党建工作的新途径,提出进一步完善党建教育的内容和方法,充分发挥党员的先锋模范作用,加强党的系统理论等党建基本策略。是对新时期高校学生党建工作的有益探讨。The work on party construction among college students is an import link for colleges and universities to cultivate excellent talents and carry out political education on students. Only by doing the work well, can we truly foster a backbone team which is formed by firm, reliant students, and can we cultivate a group of young Marxists who are firm in the belief of communism. Through the analysis on the importance and characteristics of the work of party construction among college students, the article puts forward effective operating mechanisms such as promoting the League building by the party building and assisting the party building by League building, and illustrates new approaches to the work of party construction as using amateur party school and league school as the position and put the responsibility area of party members into effect. And it puts forward the content and methods to further perfect party construction, and the basic strategies as to fully developing the vanguard role of party members and strengthening the party＇s systematic theories. It is a beneficial discussion on the work of party construction among college students in the new period.
