摘 要:确定备件品种的方法有很多种,各有特点。逻辑决断法按预定程序对备件品种逐一进行逻辑决断,以确定是否设置该类备件。价值工程法通过功能分析和评价,计算出各种备件的功能价值,选定备件品种。可靠性方法是通过对零部件的维修策略、维修方式等分析研究,确定备件品种。模糊综合评判方法应用模糊数学法综合评判,进行备件品种的决策。There are many determining methods of spare sort with different characteristics. In order to determine whether the spare should be deposited or not, the logical resolution methods make a logical resolution to spare sort with a scheduled procedure. The value engineering methods work out each spare's function value by functional analysis and appraisal, then choose the spare sort at end. The reliability methods make a decision to spare sort by analyzing the repair policies and maintenance modes.
