摘　　要：装备项目需求管理主要包括需求分析、需求变更控制、需求跟踪和需求信息总结4个主要工作。具有复杂性、适应性和综合性的特点。如何及时跟上军队现代化建设的步伐,适应作战需求与变化,是今后装备项目管理研究的重点和难点。The demand management of the equipment project includes demand analysis, demand variation control, demand tracking and demand information summarization, The demand management of equipment project has the characteristics of comprehensiveness, complexity and adaptability. The important and the hard task of study is that how to meet the requirements of army modernization establishment, the requirements and changes of battlefield operation.
