摘　　要：以西门子工业以太网为主的自动控制系统,采用4芯多模铠装光纤和5个西门子光交换机SCALANCE X204-2组成总线型结构。其操作系统通过双绞线连接到中控室交换机上。鼓风机房PLC与污泥脱水间PLC通过Anybus-X串行工业网关,用双绞线连接到相关交换机的RJ45接口上,而中控室只负责发送启停信号。其监控主要包括CASS池监控系统和重要参数集中监控。系统软件设计包括模拟量处理和泵站自动启停程序。The automatic control system mainly based on the industrial Ethernet of Siemens adopts four-core-armored multimode fiber cable and five switches of SCALANCE X204-2 to establish the bus network. Its operation system connects to the switch in the center control room with twisted pair. The PLC in the fan room or the sludge dewatering room is connected to the correlative switch＇s RJ-45 interface through Anybus-X gate with twisted pair. The center room just gives the start-up or stop signal to them. The center room just sends the start-up or stop signal to them. The monitoring mainly includes CASS ponds and centralized monitoring of some important parameters. The design of system software includes dealing with the analog quantity and the automatic control program of pump room.
