摘　　要：以天津科学技术馆为例,通过进行外檐节能改造前后能耗计算比较,提出对既有建筑进行围护结构节能改造,虽然初投资较大,但是节能效果和投资回收效益是巨大的。证明了既有公共建筑节能改造是经济的、可行的。Take the Tianjin science and technology hall as the example, through comparing energy consumption fore-and-aft the eave energy saving reconstruct, proposed that existent building taking energy saving reconstruct, although the beginning of invests is vast, but the energy conservation effect and the investment recycling benefit is huge. And it is proven that existent public building reconstruct is economical, feasible.
