摘 要:本文对AU—PE89聚木糖酶在麦草浆CEH三段漂白中的应用进行了研究。结果表明,AU—PE89聚木糖酶处理可以提高漂白麦草浆的白度,改善漂白麦草浆的物理强度。其中,以CEHX漂白浆的性质为最佳。同时,还研究了不同用量的Au—PE89聚木糖酶预处理和后处理对麦草浆CEH三段漂白的影响。研究发现Au—PE89聚木糖酶预处理和后处理的用量分别为7.0U·g^-1和7.0U·g^-1~8.5U·g^-1时,漂白麦草浆的性质最好。In this paper, the application of xylanase on CEH bleaching of wheat straw results showed that the brightness and physical strength of bleached pulp were improved fore and after bleaching. Amongst them, the properties of CEHX bleached pulp were pulp was investigated. with xylanase trea best. Meanwhile, tment The be- effects of AU - PE89 xylanase dosage were studied. It was found that the physical strength of bleached pulp was better as the dosage of xylanase treatment before and after bleaching were 7.0 U·g^-1and 7.0 - 8.5 U ·g^-1 respectively.
