摘 要:本文阐述涂布纸和涂布纸板在不能获得其原纸和涂料情况下,涂层的定量测定方法,即用灰分法测定涂布纸板的涂布量和用盐酸不溶灰分法测定涂布纸的涂布量。通过实验总结得出测定方法和步骤,推导出计算式,并且通过多种纸样的验证,其结果是前者误差在0.31%-3.9%之间,后者误差大部分在4.6%以下。是一种新的简单、可行的测定方法。A quantitative method of determining the weight of coating on paper and paper board, without knowing the nature of the base paper and the coating material is described in the discussion. With the method, the coating weight on the coated board was determined by determining the overall ash content contained in the coated board, and that on the coated paper by determining the content of ash which was contained in the coated paper and insolu- ble in hydrochloric acid. The principle and procedure of the method were summarized, and the relevant calculating equations were worked out based on specific experiments. By testing a variety of samples of coated paper and paper board, experiment errors of 4% or less for the coated board and of 5% or less for the coated paper were found, thus showing that the method is simple and reliable.
