摘　　要：随着世界资源日益不足,环境日趋恶化,人们环保意识日渐增强,废纸的回收利用势在必行。在此背景下,本文介绍了我国造纸工业发展的概况以及加强废纸回收利用是我国造纸工业可持续发展的必然要求,同时指出了我国废纸回收利用目前尚存在的问题并提出建议,以提高废纸回收利用率,调整造纸原料结构,降低资源和能源消耗,保护环境,促进造纸工业可持续发展。As resources shortage and environmental problems, it is necessary to recycle the waste paper. The general situation on our paper industry was introduced. The problems and the suggestions in the waste paper recycling were put forward. Increasing the rate of the usage of waste paper, adjusting the structure of raw materials for paper making, cutting down the consumption of energy sources, protection the environment, boosting the sustainable development of china＇s paper industry were discussed in the paper.
