摘　　要：将Ｓｉ３Ｎ４与Ｓｉ粒混合，在单晶炉或快速热退火炉中分别用集装熔化法或平铺熔化法，制备太阳电池用的硅珠。试验了不同工艺条件对硅珠品质的影响，并制作了硅珠太阳电池（组件）。Using two different methods to prepare silicon spheres for solar cells One is to put the silicon particles/Si 3N 4 powder mixture in a graphite box which is located in a single crystal silicon pulling furnace and the other is to pave the mixture on a graphite moving plate in a furnace for rapid thermal annealing The different technical parameters for silicon spheres preparation are tested The solar cells made of silicon spheres have been fabricated as well
