摘 要:目的探讨血糖水平和动脉血压及血浆皮质醇水平的关系及其可能机制。方法随机选取306例男性,根据血糖情况进行分组,测定血压及血浆皮质醇水平并进行相关分析。结果随着血糖水平的增高,血压及血浆皮质醇水平也相应增高(P<0.01);血糖水平与收缩压、舒张压及血浆皮质醇水平呈明显正相关(分别是r=0.55,P<0.01;r=0.48,P<0.01;r=0.46,P<0.01)。结论葡萄糖可能通过抑制11β羟化固醇脱氢酶2型的催化活性,致使血浆皮质醇水平升高诱导高血压。[Objective] To search for the relationship among the levels of plasma glucose and cortisol and blood pressure and its possible mechanism. [Methods] 306 men were divided into four groups according to their levels of plasma glucose. Their blood pressure and plasma cortisol level were determined. Relative analysis was made between plasma glucose level and systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between plasma glucose level and cortisol level. [Results] The higher the level of plasma glucose, the more obviously the blood pressure and plasma cortisol level were increased (P 〈0.01). The level of plasma glucose was positively correlated with the blood pressure and plasma cortisol level (r =0.55, P 〈0.01; r =0.48, P 〈0.01; r =0.46, P 〈0.01) respectively. [Conclusion] Glucose may result in hypertension because of increased level of plasma cortisol which is caused by inhibition of the enzyme of 11β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type Ⅱ.
