尿道旁注射无水酒精治疗女性压力性尿失禁

摘　　要：目的探讨1种治疗女性压力性尿失禁方法的疗效。方法耻骨后间隙注射无水酒精并经耻骨上穿刺,利用阴道托将阴道前壁连同膀胱颈及尿道托向耻骨,无水酒精引起化学性炎性粘连起到固定的作用,阴道前壁起到类似无张力吊带的作用。结果治愈25/29例(86.2%);有效3例(10.3%);无效1例(3.5%)。结论此法操作简单,经济实惠,安全可靠,尚未发现并发症。[Objective] To present the primary clinical result of adhesion of vaginal wail with pubis for treatment of SUI. [Methods] Injection of dehydrated alcohol into the retropubic space induced chemical inflammation adhesion of vaginal wall with pubis at puncture on suppubis into vagina for suspension of vaginal wall and neck of bladder and urether. [Results] 25/95 cases were cured, 3 cases got effective result, while 1 case remained unchanged. [Conclusion] This operation is a very simple, safe , effective and economical surgical procedure.
