摘　　要：介绍了碳弧气刨的工作原理和组成结构。以N6000自动碳弧气刨装置为例,指出电源要求、碳棒的选用、出风口的调整、空气压力、碳棒与工件间的夹角等均会对刨削质量产生影响。并提出了碳弧气刨过程对噪声、弧光以及粉尘的安全防护。This paper briefly introduces the work principle and structure of carbon arc air gouging.It gives an example of N6000 automatic carbon arc air gouging mahcine,points out that demand of power source,use of carbon electrode,adjustment of air outlet, air pressure and the angle between the carbon electrode and workpiece will influence the quality of gouging.And it also brings forward the security protection of noise, arc and dust in process of carbon arc air gouging.
