摘　　要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,对浙江省城市老年人的体育生活方式的现状进行调查,并从社会学角度分析研究其影响因素,从而为提高老年人的生活质量和健康水平,并解决日趋严峻的人口老龄化问题提供借鉴。By means of literature review, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, the thesis has investigated the present situation of sport lifestyle of elder people in Zhejiang urban areas. At the same time the relevant factors are analyzes from the aspect of sociology. The research aims to improve the elder people＂ life quality and health, and to solve the striking problem of aging population in Zhejiang urban areas.
