摘　　要：本文介绍了一种匝间耐压测试仪的设计思想和实现方案。它充分利用DSP数据处理技术,配合高速AD和FIFO,实现了波形的实时处理,以图形液晶实现智能方式仪器界面,通过对波形参数的比较,很好地实现了对线圈绕组匝间绝缘耐压状况的测试。The paper introduces a design of winding dielectric vollage sithstand tesing instrument which adopts the advanced 32-digil DSPchip as the test control core,Real-time data acquisition and data processing system is implemented with high speed AD,FIFO chip and full use of the data processing ability of DSP.The inteligent interface is designed with Lod display,The solutions of how to make judgment of the overlap degree of the testing waveform and the standard waveform is proposed.
