摘　　要：介绍了面向小型软件组织和项目的CMM裁剪研究,包括其裁剪的背景和意义、目标、范围和方法等,研究了小组织和小项目实施CMM面临的几大主要问题及其解决的裁剪措施。This article introduces how to tailor CMM far small software organization and project, including the background, the significance, the goal, the rang and the means. It also describes the major CMM implementation problems which small software organization and project are facing, and corresponding tailoring solutions.
