激光扫描显微镜对乳腺囊性增生病早期恶变细胞的观察

摘　　要：采用LSM对乳腺囊性增生病早期恶变细胞作了观察。结果发现在共焦反射激光扫描下细胞的异型性要比普通显微镜下更为清晰。在波长488nm，光强1mw的单色激光激发下，其胞浆内出现较明亮的自体荧光。光强为10mw时其自体荧光更强。这一特征可能为恶性肿瘤早期诊断提供重要依据。We observed the early malignant cells of cystic mazoplisis under laser scanning microscope(LSM) and found that the anaplasia of cells is more distinct under LSM than under common microscope (CM). With exciting of 1mW 488nm Ar+ laser, bright autofluoescence in early malignant cell plasma is observed. As increasing the intensity of Ar+ laser to 10mW, the autofluorescence is more bright.This autofluorescence characteristics may provide an important basis for early diagnosis of malignant turmor.
