摘  要:针对供电系统中经常发生微机出口继电器接点烧毁的现象,分析了断路器在开断电路时产生的过电压对出口电路的影响。在比较常规直流继电器和微型大功率继电器的基础上,提出了在微机出口电路中采用微型大功率继电器做为控制器件,并与特定的防跳程序相结合,有效克服了烧毁继电器结点的难题。该设计简单实用,可大幅度地降低设备的运行、维护成本,提高工矿企业供电的安全性和可靠性。The influence of over-voltage upon the output circuit, resulted from a breaker interrupting, is analyzed for the relay contact is often burned down in the micro-computer output of power system. Based on the comparison of DC relay and powerful miniature relay, the design takes the powerful miniature relay as the controller, combined with the triple-prevention programme, to resolve the arc problem of relay contact. This practical method can improve the security and reliability of power supply, and notably decrease the cost of operation and maintenance. The applies verify the effectiveness of the proposed method in power system of the substation of industrial and mining enterprises.
