摘　　要：青光眼是以眼内压升高为特征,进而导致视神经受损、视野逐渐变小,甚至致盲的眼疾。前列腺素F2α类似物是一类化学结构新颖、药理作用独特、疗效好、用于开角型青光眼和高眼压症治疗的降眼压药物。本文对乌诺前列酮异丙酯、拉坦前列腺素、贝美前列腺素和曲沃前列腺素等前列腺素F2α类似物的药理及临床研究进展做一综述。Glaucoma is a group of eye diseases, most of which are characterized by elevation of intraocular pressure, optic nerve damage, and subsequently, visual field loss. Glaucoma may be the second cause of blindness. Prostaglandin F2α analogues are a new category in chemical structure, pharmacological action, and high effect. These ocular hypotension agents use for the treatment of primary open - angle glaucoma and ocular hypertension. This paper reviews pharmacological mechanism, clinical studies of prostaglandin analogues, its including unoprostone, latanoprost, bimatoprost and travoprost.
