摘　　要：目的:探讨六甲基丹酚酸A苄酯的合成方法。方法:以3-甲基邻苯二酚为原料,将酚羟基醚化保护,通过氯甲基化,Sommelet反应,Knoevenagel缩合,Wittig反应,还原,酯化等多步反应,同时使用硼氢化钾代替锌汞齐还原羰基,通过乙酰化反应对丹参素及其衍生物进行结构修饰。结果:得到酚羟基醚化保护的衍生物-六甲基丹酚酸A苄酯,经1H-NMR证实其结构。结论:为人工全合成丹酚酸A提供了必要的基础。OBJECT To search method of synthesising Hexamethyl ether of salvianolie acid A benzyl ester as danshensu derivative. METHOD Treatment of 3 - Methyleateehol with ether protection, phenol hydroxyl groups followed by Chloromethylation, Sommelet reaction, Knoevenagel condensation, Wittig reaction,reduction and esterification, multi - steps synthesis, earbonyl group was reduced with potassium borohydride in stead of zinc amalgam ; the danshensu and its derivatives were acetylated, leading to novel salvianolie acid A derivatives. RESULT Hexamethyl ether of salvianolie acid A benzyl ester was synthesized; the structures of the target compound was confirmed by ^1H - NMR. CONCLUTION This method supplied the necessary basis of the synthesising salvianolie acid A.
