摘  要:根据展成法磨齿工作原理和齿轮啮合原理,利用齿形法线法,从齿形方程和渐开螺旋面两个方面对锥面砂轮磨齿机正确磨削斜齿圆柱齿轮渐开螺旋面进行了理论验证,该验证方法及推导过程有助于理解采用齿条形刀具磨削齿轮的原理,同时为该加工方法提供了相应的理论基础.According to the working principle of gear grinding with generating method and meshing theory of gears, the validity of involute helicoid grinding with conical wheel gear grinding machine was proved with normal method of tooth profile, where the equations of tooth profile and involute helicoid were concerned. The verification process was very useful to comprehend the gear grinding principle with rack cutter, and meantime, it also provided a theoretical basis for this kind of gear grinding method.
