等温淬火温度和时间对ZG30SiMnCr性能和组织的影响研究

摘  要:热处理是提高奥氏体-贝氏体钢性能的重要手段,选择合理的热处理工艺对提高奥氏体-贝氏体钢性能具有重要的意义。本文研究了不同等温淬火温度、时间对奥氏体-贝氏体钢ZG30SiMnCr淬火后硬度和冲击韧度的影响规律。研究结果表明,ZG30SiMnCr经300℃×60 min等温淬火,试样的硬度值达47.13 HRC,其冲击韧度值为134.70 J/cm2,综合力学性能好,组织为典型的奥氏体-贝氏体组织,无碳化物相。X衍射分析结果表明,组织中残余奥氏体含量为10.61%。Heat treatment is one of effective methods to improve properties of austenitic-bainitic steel. The effects of austempering temperature and time on the hardness and impact toughness of ZG30SiMnCr were investigated in this work. The results show that the hardness and impact toughness of the alloy ZG30SiMnCr austempered at 300 ℃ for 60 rain reach 47.13 HRC and 134.70 J/cm^2, respectively. The alloy has an excellent comprehensive mechanical property. It has typical dual-phases austenitic-bainitic structure without carbides. And the retained austenite was determined by X-ray diffractometer. The result indicated that there is 10.61% retained austenite existed in the structure.
