摘　　要：目的:建立牛主动脉内皮细胞(BAEC)的体外研究模型,为体外研究内皮细胞的病理和生理过程提供重要手段。方法:用酶消化法分离BAEC,在pH为7.2的DMEM培养基中培养,鉴定内皮细胞中特异表达的第Ⅷ因子;以计数法测细胞的增殖能力,同时测定细胞的迁移。结果:细胞呈三角形,单层生长,第Ⅷ因子表达阳性,增殖呈指数生长,迁移正常。结论:提示牛主动脉内皮细胞的体外模型建立成功。Objective：To establish isolation model of bovine arterial endothelial cells in vitro for further pathological and physiological studies. Methods： Endothelial cells from bovine thoracic aorta were isolated using enzyme digesting method, identified with Factor Ⅷ. Cell proliferation and migration characterization were also investigated. Results： The isolated cells showed characteristic triangle in shape, positive Factor Ⅷ staining and with normal migration ability. Conclusion： The isolation model of bovine arterial endothelial cells is successful.
