摘 要:采用铝熔体热爆法合成8种成分配比的Al-Ti-C晶粒细化剂。研究了按不同成分的Al∶Ti∶C比值进行配料、铝熔体温度为710℃合成Al-Ti-C晶粒细化剂的相组成、Al3Ti和TiC的形态及对工业纯铝的细化效果。XRD分析结果表明:随着预制块的Ti/C比值由高于1.5转为低于1.5,合成的晶粒细化剂由Al3Ti和Al两相组成转为由Al3Ti、TiC和Al三相组成,表明预制块中的Ti/C比值对合成的晶粒细化剂主要物相的组成有很大影响;合成的细化剂中Al3Ti呈块状分布;预制块的Ti/C为3/2时(即Al∶Ti∶C=3∶3∶2)合成的晶粒细化剂在8组细化剂中的细化效果最佳。这表明TiC和Al3Ti相对量及形态的恰当组合是晶粒细化剂优良细化能力的保证。8 different component kinds of Al-Ti-C grain refiner were prepared by thermal explosion method of self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS) in aluminum liquid in this paper. The phases compose, configuration of Al3Ti and TiC and its refining performances for commercially aluminum was researched. The component was making of different Ti/C ratios of the prefabricated block in 710 ℃ which is the temperature of aluminum liquid. The results of XRD show that the ratio of Ti/C has important influence for phases compose in the grain refiner. Along with the ratio of Ti/C transfer form more than 1.5 to less than 1.5 ,the mostly phases transfer form Al3Ti and AI two mostly phases to Al3Ti, TiC and Al three mostly phases in the grain refiner. The analysis of optical microscope and EPMA show that the shape of Al3Ti was block in the grain refiner, its refining performances show that this shape was the best shape in all kinds shape. The experiments show that when the ratio of Ti/C is 3/2 (namely: Al : Ti : C=3 : 3 : 2) in the prefabricated block was the best component in the refining performances. The conclusion is if the synthesis grain refiner has good refining performances for commercially aluminum, the relatively quantity and configuration of TiC and Al3Ti are very important factor in the grain refiner.
