摘 要:从不同消失模铸造模样材料的特性入手,分析模样材料的热裂解机理,研究发现模样材料分子结构和含碳量的不同是造成其裂解机理和裂解产物不同的主要原因。在此基础上,对EPS模样材料在浇注过程中的热裂解过程及裂解产物进行了深入剖析,以阐明EPS模样材料裂解产物对铸铁件表面质量的影响。研究发现:模样材料的热裂解,不仅影响金属液流动前沿的形态和充填机理,而且其裂解产物固体碳是造成铸铁件表面质量缺陷的根源,并依此提出进一步研究的方向。The pyrolysis mechanisms of pattern materials were analyzed through studying the characteristics of various pattern materials. The results show that the main reasons which result in the difference of the pyrolysis mechanism and pyrolysis products are due to different molecule structures and carbon content Based on these findings, the pyrolysis process and products of EPS pattern material during pouring were further analyzed in order to clarify the effect of EPS pattern material pyrolysis products on the surface quality of iron casting. The results show that the pyrolysis of pattern materials not only affects the morphology of flow front and filling mechanism, but its pyrolysis product-solid carbons are the source of surface defect of iron casting, and the future research are given.
