摘　　要：利用基因在KEGG中的通路信息和LocusLink中的染色体位置信息,同时使用三种相似性测度对在通路上功能相关且在染色体上位置相近基因的表达进行了分析,得到以下结果;(1)通路上功能相关(通路距离相近)且染色体位置相近的基因在mRNA水平上的表达是相似的。(2)当基因在通路上的功能相关性越大或者与通路功能相关的基因在染色体上的位置越接近时,基因的表达也越相似,并且相似性程度加强。以上结果表明,功能相关与表达相似具有一定的关联性。The pathway information in KEGG and the chromosome location in LocusLink, and three different similarity measurements are used to analyze the similarity of the mRNA expression level of genes which have strong correlative function with each other in a pathway and have near location with each other in the chromosome. The results are summarized as follows： （1）Quite a number of genes show significant correlation with other correlative genes at mRNA expression level. （2） The mRNA expression level is consistent with the intensity of functional relationships between genes. So it can be concluded that the function of genes involved in any pathway is correlated with the mRNA expression level of genes.
