摘  要:C0632台式车床床身长1631 mm,宽223 mm,高315 mm,最小壁厚10 mm,最大壁厚35 mm,铸件重190 kg,材质HT200,粘土砂手工造型。为了防止铸造缺陷,选择底注式浇注系统,将导轨面向下,用大孔出流理论设计浇注系统,用均衡凝固模数法校核浇注系统的补缩能力。计算结果为:直浇道φ38 mm,梯形横浇道26/36 mm×30 mm,2个内浇道24/28 mm×27 mm。批量生产240台,铸件加工后没有铸造缺陷,满足技术要求。表明采用大孔出流理论设计浇注系统,均衡凝固模数法校核补缩能力的方法可以满足生产。The block dimension of the C0632 lathe bed is 1 631 mm in length, 223 mm in width, and 315 mm in height. The lowest and largest thicknesses of the casting are 10 mm and 35 mm respectively. The total weight and material are 190 kg and HT200 respectively. The clay sand mold is made by hand. In order to prevent casting defects, the bottom gating system is chosen and the guide face is put downwardly. The gating system was designed by large orifice discharge theory and the feeding ability was verified by the proportional solidification moduli calculation method. The calculated results are as follows: the diameter of sprue is 38 mm; the dimensions of trapezoid runner and the two ingates are 26/36 mm x 30 mm and 24/28 mm × 27 mm respectively. Batch production with 240 castings shows there are no casting defects after machining and those casings can meet the technical requirements, thus it indicates that the method, in which large orifice discharge theory is used to design feeding system and the proportional solidification moduli calculation method is used to verify feeding ability, can meet the production requirements.
