摘  要:镁钙质耐火材料是一种强碱性耐火材料,对碱性炉渣和钢液具有良好的化学稳定性,且有利于钢液的脱磷、脱硫,以及钢液的净化,但由于CaO的易水化性使镁钙质耐火材料的使用受到了限制。实验选用6种不同锆英石的加入量,采用两种不同的烧结方案,对添加锆英石后的镁钙质耐火材料的性能进行了研究。结果表明,添加锆英石后的镁钙质耐火材料烧结性能提高,显气孔率降低,体积密度增大,荷重软化温度提高,抗渣性增强。The magnesia-calcium based refractory is a strong basic refractory. It has good chemical stability for basic slag and molten steel, and benefits to the dephosphorization, desulphurization and purification of molten steel. However, its application is limited due to the hydrability of CaO. The effect of zircon addition on the properties of magnesia-calcium based refractory was studied by adding six different content of zircon and adopting two different sintering technologies. The results show that the addition of zircon into magnesia-calcium based refractory could improve sintering property, decreases the apparent porosity, increases the volume density, increases the softening temperature under load and enhances the resistance to slag.
