摘 要:目的:为眶内筛动脉结扎及视神经减压术提供解剖学资料。方法:在手术显微镜下解剖固定尸头标本,对筛动脉的起源、眶内走行、长度以及外径等进行观察和测量。结果:(92.8±4.7)%筛前动脉发自眼动脉O_3段、(7.2±4.7)%发自眼动脉管,穿过上斜肌与内直肌之肌间膜进入筛前孔;(44.8±9.1)%筛后动脉起自眼动脉弯、O_2段(24.1±7.8)%、O_3段(20.7±7.4)%、上斜肌肌支(6.9±4.6)%和脑膜中动脉(3.5±3.4)%,跨过上斜肌上方入筛后孔;筛中动脉出现率为(36.7±8.8)%,起自O_3段(54.5±9.1)%、眼动脉弯(27.3±8.1)%和O_2段(18.2±7.0)%。筛前动脉眶内段长度为(7.83±3.49)mm,外径为(0.80±0.24)mm;筛中动脉眶内段长度为(7.54±1.73)mm,外径为(0.42±0.13)mm;筛后动脉眶内段长度为(7.37±2.15)mm,外径为(0.46±0.18)mm。结论:筛动脉的起始及眶内走行多变异,筛后动脉变异较筛前动脉多见。Objective: To provide anatomic data for the ligation of ethmoidal artery and optic nerve decompression. Methods: Fixed cadaver specimens were dissected under operation microscope. The origin, intraorbital course of the ethmoidal arteries, length and external diameters of the intraorbital segment were observed and measured. Results: The anterior ethmoidal artery originated from the third segment of the intraorbital ophthalmic artery in (92. 8±4. 7)% and the ophthalmic artery bend in (7. 2±4. 7)%, traversing the theea between the superior oblique and medial rectus into the anterior ethmoidal foramina; while posterior ethmoidal artery originated from the ophthalmic artery bend in (44. 8 ± 9.1)% the second segment of intraorbital ophthalmic artery in (24. 1 ± 7. 8)% the third segment of intraorital ophthalmic artery in (20. 7±7.4)%, branch of superior oblique in (6.9±4. 6)% and middle meningeal artery in (3.5 ± 3.4)%, spanning the superior oblique into the posterior ethmoidal foramina. The occurrence ratio of the middle ethmoidal artery was (36.7±8.8)% and the middle ethmoidal artery originated from the third segment of the intraorbital ophthalmic artery in (54.5±9. 1)%, the ophthalmic artery bend in (27.3±8. 1)% and the second segment of the intraorbital ophthalmic artery in (18. 2±7.0)% The length of the intraorbital segment of the anterior ethmoidal arteries was (7.83±3.49)mm, with an external diameter of (0. 80±0. 24)mm; The length of the intraorbital segment of the middle ethmoidal arteries was (7.54±.73)mm, with a diameter of (0. 42±. 13)mm; The length of the intraorbital segment of the posterior ethmoidal arteries was (7.37±2.15)mm, with a diameter of (0. 46±0. 18)mm. Conclusion: The origin and intraorbital course of the ethmoidal artery is variable, which is more common in the posterior ethmoidal artery than in the anterior ethmoidal arteries.
