摘  要:目的探讨鼻敏宁对变应性鼻炎个体鼻黏膜细胞凋亡活性的干预作用。方法制作变应性鼻炎动物模型,以鼻敏宁进行干预,观察鼻黏膜不同组织层面细胞凋亡活性的变化及与嗜酸性粒细胞数量的关系。结果变应性鼻炎模型组动物各项指标均显示异常,与正常对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。应用鼻敏宁干预后,各项指标均恢复正常,与正常对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.01)。结论鼻敏宁能有效调节变应性鼻炎个体鼻黏膜细胞凋亡活性,减轻炎症反应,保护鼻黏膜上皮。Objective To investigate the intervening effect of Biminning (BMN) on the apoptotic activity of nasal epithelia among individuals with allergic rhinitis. Methods The experimental model of allergic rhinitis was prepared among guinea pigs at first. Then, the modeling animals were intervened with BMN for a certain period of time. Followed were the observation on the changes of apoptotic activity in different layers of nasal mucosa and their correlation with the number of eosinophils in nasal mucosa. Results All the indexes associated with apoptotic activity in nasal mucosa and their correlation with the number of eosinophils in it were obviously abnormal among the modehng animals, with very significant differences between them when compared with that of healthy controlling group ( P 〈 0.01). Following the intervening with BMN, they all recovered to a normal situation, with no significant differences between the animals of treating group and those of healthy controlling one ( P 〉 0.01 ). Condusion BMN is effective in the regulation of apoptotic activity in nasal mucosa among individuals with allergic rhinitis to reduce the degree of inflammation taken place in it and to protect nasal epithelia in this way.
