摘　　要：目的探讨镶嵌式外固定支架治疗尺骨骨软骨瘤所致前臂畸形的效果。方法使用镶嵌式外固定支架进行尺骨延长，治疗7例尺骨骨软骨瘤引起的前臂畸形患者。结果7例尺骨分别延长1．5-5．3cm，脱位桡骨小头自行复位，手内翻和肘内翻畸形明显减轻，肘关节屈伸和前臂旋转功能亦有改善。结论使用镶嵌式外固定支架进行尺骨延长治疗尺骨骨软骨瘤所致前臂畸形是一种简单有效的方法。Objective To explore the effect of using mosaic external fixator to treat the forearm deformity due to ulnar osteochondroma, Methods 7 cases with forearm deformity due to ulnar osteochondroma were treated by using mosaic external fixator to extend ulnar, Results 7 ulnars were extended by 1.5 - 5. 3 cm. The dislocation of radius head was spontaneous reduced, and deformities of hand varus and cubitus varus were remarkable alleviated. At the same time, cubital joint flection and forearm rotation function were improved. Conclusions Using mosaic external fixator to extend ulnar is a simple and effective method for treatment of forearm deformity due to ulnar osteochondroma.
