摘　　要：文章介绍了国内外农村可再生能源产品和设备质检机构的总体运行状况,并从其性质、地位、资金来源、业务范围、检测内容、软硬件基础设施以及人员素质和从业人员的思想意识等方面进行了比较分析,并在此基础上提出了推进我国农村可再生能源质检机构发展的政策建议。The thesis gave an overall introduction of domestic and foreign testing institutes on rural renewable energy products and equipments and made detailed comparisons in terms of their nature, position, financial source, testing scope, testing contents, soft and hardware infrastructure, personnel quality and staff awareness. Based on the conclusions drawn from the comparison, a set of suggestions were put forward to promote the development of China＇s rural renewable energy testing institutes.
