摘　　要：运用SWOT分析方法对我国自主创新能力的主要优势与机遇、主要劣势与挑战进行系统分析。指出我国自主创新的主要优势与机遇包括后发优势、市场优势、FDI和研发外包的溢出效应,主要劣势与挑战包括后发劣势、企业自主创新动力的严重缺乏和支撑自主创新外部环境尚不成熟。In order to construct upgrading the system of ‘ National Independent Ability of Innovation ＇ ,we use the method of SWOT to analyze the strengths, the opportunities, the weaknesses, and the threats of the ‘ National Independent Ability of Innovation ＇. Then, we point out that the strengths and the opportunities of the ＇ National Independent Ability of Innovation ＇ are Leap - frogging, market and the overflowing of the FDI and R＆D. The weaknesses and the threats of the ‘ National Independent Ability of Innovation ＇ are curse to the late comer, dynamic absence of the enterprise and the juvenility of the exterior environment.
