摘　　要：构建和谐图书馆,协调好各种和谐关系是重点,和谐关系是推动图书馆工作与发展的主力,协调好各种关系,领导是关键。Corresponding every kind of harmonious relation is the emphases to construct a harmonious library. Harmonious relationship can promote the work and development of a library. The head of a library is the crux to correspond the relationship.
