摘　　要：建立和完善农村合作金融管理体制是我国金融体制改革的重要组成部分。我国农村合作金融虽然有了很大发展,但农村合作金融管理体制还存在很多弊端,迫切需要建立和完善具有中国特色的农村合作金融管理体制。应在充分分析问题和弊端的基础上,科学地提出建立农村合作金融管理新体制的构想,以利于加强农业的基础地位,促进农村经济大发展。It is an important part of our country＇s finance system revolution to erect and improve administrative system of rural cooperative finance. Although our country＇s cooperative finance has had great development, administrative system of rural cooperative finance still has a lot of disadvantages and earnestly needs to erect and improve administrative system of rural cooperative finance with Chinese features. In order to strengthen the basic status of agriculture and promote the great development of rural economy, we should put forward scientifically the conception of erecting new administrative system of rural cooperative finance based on analyzing completely problems and disadvantages.
