对广西高等旅游教育改革的思考和建议

摘　　要：近年来,随着我国旅游业的迅速发展,广西的高等旅游教育也有了长足的进步。但在我国加入世贸组织之后,旅游业正面临着前所未有的挑战。广西作为一个旅游大省,必须面对这种挑战。众所周知,竞争说到底是人才的竞争,而人才需要培养,但广西目前高等旅游教育的现状,只有经过改革才能适应未来旅游业的发展。在总结以往广西高等旅游教育存在问题的基础上,提出了筹建独立旅游大学和广西旅游教育指导委员会的建议。并从师资建设、专业课程设置、建立产学研相结合的高等旅游教育模式等方面,谈了个人的一点看法。In recent years, with rapid development of tourism in our country, there has been great progress in tourism higher education in Guangxi. However, after China entered WTO, tourism in Guangxi is facing great challenge which has never met before. As a big tourism province, Guangxi has to face the challenge. As known by all, the nature of the competition is a competition among talents needing to be cultivated, however, the status of tourism higher education in Guangxi can be adapted to development of tourism in the future only by reforming. On the basis of conclusion to former problems existing in tourism higher education in Guangxi, the suggestions are put forth as to establishing independent tourism college and instructing committee of Guangxi tourism education, and as well as some personal views on construction of teaching staff, arrangement of a major courses and establishing the model of higher education which combines producing study and research.
