治疗用抗人T淋巴细胞McAb(WuT_3)功能试验方法的研究

摘　　要：为评价治疗用抗人Ｔ淋巴细胞单克隆抗体（ＭｃＡｂ）ＷｕＴ３和ＯＫＴ３的免疫抑制作用，进行了兔皮内移植物抗宿主反应（ＧＶＨＲ）的研究。对试验方法的有关因素：如胎牛血清（ＦＣＳ）和环磷酰胺对ＧＶＨＲ的影响，淋巴细胞浓度和局部反应大小的关系，以及反应出现高峰的时间等进行了观察。建立和稳定了试验方法，并用此方法对ＷｕＴ３和ＯＫＴ３的免疫抑制作用进行了对比。结果表明，两种ＭｃＡｂ均可抑制ＧＶＨＲ，并对ＷｕＴ３和ＷｕＴ４两种ＭｃＡｂ联合应用的效果进行了初步探讨。The intradermal GVHR in rabbits were studied to evaluate the immunosuppressive effects of the anti human T lymphocyte McAbs, WuT 3 and OKT 3 The influential factors of the experiment, such as the effects of FCS and cyclophamide on GVHR, relationship between the concentration of PBL and the strength of reaction, and the time of peak reaction, were observed and compared The GVHR test was established and stabilized The experiment shows that both WuT 3 and OKT 3 can inhibite the GVHR Finally, the validity of combination use of WuT 3 and WuT 4 was preliminarily evaluated
