摘　　要：建设新型涂装前处理新线通常是为了提高自动化程度、产量、质量及维护的简单和易操作性。本文举实例证明作者的观点：在产量要求较大，场地空间足够的情况下，新型前处理设备的构想在涂装业的实用性不是很强。New pretreatment flow is researched and developed for improving processing effect, higher and better quality product, easier operation and maintenance. Practical case is taken for example in this paper for supporting the view that new pretreatment equipment for multiscale processing is not workable in practice.
