摘　　要：目的观察针刺结合耳压、中药热敷和单纯中药治疗肥胖症的疗效差异。方法将240例患者随机分为对照组(单纯中药组)120例和治疗组(针刺为主组)120例。对治疗前后患者的体重(kg)、体重指数(BMI)、腰围(WC)、体脂分布率(F%)分值进行评估。结果治疗组总有效率98.3%优于对照组90.0%(P<0.05)。结论针刺为主治疗肥胖症能明显改善肥胖患者的各种指数及体征,提高减肥疗效。Objective To observe the difference of therapeutic effects between acupuncture combined with Auricular Point Stick- ing , TCM foment and simplex TCM on Obesity. Methods 240 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, a treatment group（n = 120） and a control group（n= 120）. They were treated respectively by acupuncture with auricular point sticking, TCM foment and simplex TCM. The body weight（Kg）, body mass index（BMI）, waist eircunfference（WC） and distribution rate of body fat（F% ） before and after slimming treatment were assessed. Results The treatment group was superior to the control group. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Auricular Point Sticking, TCM foment has a good therapeutic effect on Obesity and it can obviously improve WC and F% for Obesity.
