咸宁市FIDELIS结核病控制项目实施1年效果分析

摘　　要：目的评价FIDELIS结核病控制项目实施一年所取得的成效,并为促进规划的实施提供科学依据。方法根据湖北省FIDELIS项目实施方案,对咸宁市5个项目县结防机构结核病人发现登记以及县级最大的一所综合医疗机构结核病人查痰和转诊资料进行分析。结果从2003年10月1日～2004年9月30日,5个项目县共发现新涂阳肺结核病人866例,完成项目周期任务的112.2%,新涂阳病人发现率64.1%,涂阳新登记率38.4/10万,综合医院痰检率95.3%,转诊率81.3%,较项目前(2002年)有明显的提高。结论咸宁市结核病控制项目实施1年取得显著成效,规范了综合医院结核病人疫情登记、报告、痰检和转诊工作,促进了结核病归口管理的落实,实现了高发现率的目标,为新一轮FIDELIS项目的实施提供了宝贵经验,为咸宁市结核病控制工作可持续发展打下了良好基础。Objective To ebvaluate results of FIDEHS tuberculosis control project and provide scientific evidence for promoting the implementation of the project. Methods Based on the implementing schedule of FIDEHS the data eoneeming registration of TB patient in 5 project counties of Xianning City, the sputum smear and referral information in the county general hospital were gathered and analyzed. Results During the project year （from Oct. 2003 to Sept. 2004）, 866 new smear- positive eases were detected in the five project counties accounted for 112.2% of the target. The detection and register rate of the smear - positive eases were 64. 1% and 38.4 per 100,000, respectively. Sputum examination rate and referral rate were 95.3 % and 81.3 % respectively. Conclusion There great achievement has been made in the first year of implementation of TB control project. The works of registration, cses report and referral has been standardized and case detection rate enhanced to have scumulated precious experience and set the fundation for implementation of second round of FIDELIS project in Xianning city.
