顺德口岸4例输入性疟疾的调查及国境检疫应对的思考

摘　　要：目的防止输入性疟疾在国内的传播,加强来自疫区归国人员传染病监测,探讨卫生检疫对策。方法对从巴基斯坦回国劳务人员进行传染病监测发现的疟疾病例,进行流行病学调查及环境卫生处理,探讨归国人员合适的后续监管模式。结果确证4例疟疾病例,判定为输入性疟疾,未发现第二代传播病例。结论结合国际疫情,加强出入境检验检疫机构对出入境人员的健康咨询、归国人员传染病监测及后续监管,是防止输入性疟疾播散的关键。Objective To strengthen the monitoring of infections diseases among those coming from the epidemic area of infectious diseases and prevent further spreading of infections diseases and dicnss the measures of frontier hygienic quarantine. Methods Malaria cases were detected from wokers returned from Pakistan and epidemiological survey and sanitary treatment were made. Results There 4 malaria cases were confirmed and no secondary infections were observed. Thus all of the 4 malaria cases were imported cases. Conclusion The work of health education and monitoring of infections diseases be performed among those coming back from regions prevalent with infections diseases.
