摘　　要：目的了解吉林省城乡社区居民糖尿病患病情况,为吉林省糖尿病防制提供可靠依据。方法采用四阶段分层整群随机抽样方法进行抽取1 649名居民进行糖尿病流行病学调查。结果糖尿病患病率3.52%,空腹血糖受损患病率5.0%;城市社区患病率高于农村社区,糖尿病患病率随年龄增长而上升,肥胖人群患糖尿病的危险是正常人群的5.8倍。结论吉林省城乡社区居民糖尿病患病率高于全国平均水平,存在明显的城乡差异,亟需对高危人群进行干预。Objective To understand the prevalence of diabetes mellitus （DM） and provide basis for making control measures in rural and urban communities in Jilin Province. Methods The survey of DM was conducted in 1 649 individuals by measns of 4- stage cluster sampling. Results The prevalence of DM was 3.2%, IFG was 5.0%. the prevalence rate of DM in urban community was higher than that in rural one, The prevalence rate was increased with the increase of age. The risk of DM in obese group was 5.8 times higher than that of normal group. Conelusion The prevalence rate of DM in rural and urban community in Jilin Province is above the national level and intemvetion be carried out to those at high risk.
