摘  要:目的:找出能消除基体干扰的基体改进剂,建立用石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪简便、快速、准确地直接测定尿中镉的方法。方法:选择几种基体改进剂组合,经石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定找出效果最好的一组,调整基体改进剂的不同成分,找出最佳改进剂。结果:含1.0% HNO3+0.5% NH4H2PO4的混合基体改进剂测定效果最好。方法的检出限为0.033μg/L,相对标准偏差2.5%,回收率为96.9%~102%。结论:利用含1.0% HNO3+0.5% NH4H2PO4的混合基体改进剂直接测定尿中镉能有效消除基体干扰,是一种简便、快速、准确的测定尿中镉的方法。Objective:To develop a simple, rapid and accurate method for determination of cadmium in urine directly by GFAAS using suitable matrix modifier. Methods: Urine samples diluted by different matrix modifiers respectively were directly determined by GFAAS, suitable matrix modifier was selected by the effect. Adjusting the proportion of the components to make the best matrix modifier. Results:Matrix modifier with 1.0% HNO3 +0. 5% NH4H2PO4 was the best matrix modifier using in SpectrAA 240 to determine cadmium in urine directly. The detection limit was 0. 033 μg/L, the RSD 2.5% and the rate of recovery 96. 9% ~ 102%. Conclusion:Using Matrix modifier with 1.0% HNO3 +0. 5% NH4H2PO4 to directly determine the cadmium in urine is a simple, rapid and accurate method.
