摘  要:目的:建立茶叶中硒的氢化物发生原子荧光光谱测定方法。方法:茶叶经硝酸-高氯酸消化后,在铁氰化钾-盐酸体系中,选用最佳测定条件,采用标准曲线法定量分析。结果:该法线性范围为0~120μg/L,检出限为0.17μg/L,回收率为88%~112%,相对标准偏差为4.7%~7.7%。结论:该方法准确、灵敏、简便、快速,是测定茶叶中硒的理想方法。Objective :To establish the method of hydride generation - atomic fluorescence spectrometry for the determination of selenium in tea. Methods:Tea was digested with nitric acid and perehloric acid. Selenium was determinated in ferricyanide potassium and hydrochloric acid The best determination condition was selected and quantitative analysis was acquired by standard - curve. Results . The linear range was 0~120μg/L Its monitoring limit was 0. 17μg/L Its recovery rate was 88% ~112%. Its relative standard deviation was 4. 7% ~ 7.7%. Conclusion :This method is accurate and sensitive to determine selenium in tea. It is a rapid and simple method also.
