摘 要:目的:建立碳化-酸溶消解法测定板栗中的铅、镉含量的方法。方法:先用硝酸消解板栗果肉及果皮中易溶解的部分,蒸干,然后在约400℃碳化使大分子裂解,形成小分子或碳残渣,再用硝酸,双氧水消解成透明溶液。用石墨炉光谱法测定板栗中铅、镉的含量。结果:铅、镉的平均回收率为98.9%、103.5%;RSD<5.3%。结论:该方法简便、快速、安全,消化完全且干扰小,测定结果可靠。Objective: The establishment carbonizes- the acid to dissolvedisappears in the solution determination Chinese chestnut's lead, thecadmium content.
