哮喘患者外周血T细胞亚群的变化及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨哮喘患者T细胞亚群的变化及临床意义。方法:采用免疫酶二步法,检测30例哮喘患者及25例健康人外周血CD3T细胞、CD4T细胞、CD8T细胞的数值及CD4/CD8的比值。结果:与正常对照组比较,哮喘患者外周血中CD4T细胞显著增高(P<0.05);CD4/CD8比值也显著增高(P<0.05);而CD3T细胞、CD8T细胞无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:哮喘患者外周血中CD4T细胞、CD4/CD8比值均明显高于正常对照组,CD4T细胞在哮喘慢性气道炎症中发挥重要作用。免疫酶二步法检测T细胞亚群可在中、小医院应用推广。Objective：To probe into the changes and significance of T cell subpopulation in patients with asthma. Methods： With the immunoenzyme （IE） two-step method, the CD8T Cells, CD4T cells and CD8T eells and the specific values of CD4/ CD8 in the peripheral blood of 30 eases of patients with asthma and of 25 eases of healthy persons were determined. Results： Compared with the people in control group, the CD4T cells absolutely enhanced in peripheral blood of patients with asthma （P 〈 0. 05）. And no obvious changes appeared in CD3T cells and CD8T cells （P 〉0. 05）. Condusion：The CD4T cells and the specific value of CD4/CD8 in peripheral blood of patients with asthma are obviously higher than those in normal control group. Therefore, the CD4T cells play an important role in the chronic airway inflammation diseases. And IE two - step method for the testing of T cell subpopulafion shall be popularized in medium or small hospitals.
