摘  要:介绍低温上面级的推进剂管理方法、落塔试验、飞行试验和流体动力学数值模拟。重点讨论半人马座连续推力控制和间断式推力控制的管理方法。多次启动与长时间轨道滑行是国外低温上面级的共同特点,间断式推力控制目前是基本的推进剂管理方法。对于连续推力控制,不应该简单地按照线性放大因子确定沉底段推力值;保持段推力值应根据干扰确定,不存在临界B0数。利用航天器分离后的运载火箭进行推进剂管理试验的方法值得借鉴。The propellant management method, the drop tower test, the flight test and the fluid-dynamic numerical simulation of cryogenic upper stages are introduced, focused on the management method for continuous and discontinuous thrust control of the Centuar upper stage. Long coast period and multiple-ignition capability are the common features of foreign cryogenic upper stages. Discontinuous thrust control is the basic management method at present. For the continuous thrust control, it is not correct to determine the thrust level of the settling phase according to a liner magnification factor, while the thrust level of the retention phase should be defined according to the propellant disturbances and there is no critical Bond number for this phase. It is a useful experience that the test of propellant management could be applied to the launch vehicle after the separation of its onboard spacecraft.
