摘　　要：铁路列车调度员培训模拟系统是铁道运输专业课程教学实践环节的典型系统之一。文章论述了系统设计原理,培训模拟系统的总体结构设计,培训系统流程设计,功能模块设计及关键技术等问题,最后介绍了一个应用实例。The training system for train dispatchers is one of the most typical systems in the curriculum of railroad transportation students. This article elaborates on the design principle, the general structure, the process design and the functional module design of this system, including some key techniques. At last, a few examples for this training system have been introduced.
